Roundtables

What are SIMNA roundtables?

SIMNA’s Roundtables are opportunities for members with similar interests to connect regularly online with other members to explore issues and topics they encounter during their everyday social impact measurement activities. They are member-led and facilitated by peers from the group with an emphasis on mutual learning rather than presentations.

Two groups are currently meeting regularly:

  • Senior Impact Leaders Roundtable
  • Social Value in Infrastructure, Planning and Development

Check our event calendar for details of upcoming roundtables.

Between August 2025 and May 2026 we also ran a series of Impact Measurement Roundtable for Social Enterprises. These roundtables were commissioned by Social Enterprise Australia as part of the Australian Government’s Social Enterprise Development Initiative (SEDI) as learning communities to help build capability in the sector to grow social impact.

Want to convene a roundtable?

If you have an idea for a roundtable and the capacity to help facilitate it, contact SIMNA’s Executive Officer, Laura Glynn at laura@simna.com.au to discuss your ideas.

SIMNA acknowledges Traditional Owners of Country throughout Australia. We pay our respects to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders past, present, and emerging.

We also accept the invitation in the Uluru Statement from the Heart to walk together with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in a movement of the Australian people for a better future.
