Bruce Riley is Vice President of the Australian Organisation for Quality (SA) Inc and is a member of the National Council. He is also CEO of the Connection for Organisational Excellence.

Bruce’s original career was in education. He has spent the last twenty five years focussed on quality and organisational change.  This included seven years as a national quality and organisational change consultant in Telstra and employment as a management and organisational change consultant in the energy, mining, IT and community sectors.

Bruce works to achieve good measurement practice as the basis for quality improvement and organisational change.
