Andrea is an Associate Social Impact Assessment National Technical Leader at EMM Consulting. She is a Social Scientist / Social Planner by trade, with 20 years’ experience across corporate and government sectors.

Andrea has applied social assessment methodologies to develop social impact assessments of large mining, resourcing and infrastructure projects across jurisdictions. Her knowledge of the contemporary regulatory environment in Queensland is extensive, having assisted in drafting the Queensland Office of the Coordinator General’s Social Impact Assessment Guideline (March 2018) and been involved in the implementation of the Strong and Sustainable Resource Communities (SSRC) Act 2017.

In her spare time Andrea is servant to two rescue cats, frequents the gym, runs, travels and enjoys catching up with friends and family.
