Webinar: Impact Measurement Best Practice – Women Inside and Out

April 30, 2021 By Administrator

SIMNA is a growing learning network of members and interested individuals who believe that understanding and measuring social impact is critical to achieving the best possible outcomes for all Australians, our communities and our environment.

About this webinar

Join the SIMNA Sydney Committee online on Wednesday, 5 May 2021 for our first ‘best practice’ webinar of 2021!!!

Our presenters are the delightful Elisa Buggy, Executive Director of Flat Out and Eleanor Booth, Managing Director and Founder of For Purpose Evaluations.

Elisa and Eleanor were joint winners of SIMNA’s ‘Innovation in Social Impact Measurement’ Award 2020 for the ‘Social Impact and Evaluation Framework’ developed for the Women Inside and Out program.

The Women Inside and Out program aims to improve the quality of life for women and non-binary individuals with experience of criminalisation in Victoria.

With a strong focus on co-design and collaboration, the Social Impact and Evaluation Framework rejects the idea of social benchmarks for success and compares a woman’s progress toward self-determination only to herself.

This webinar is not to be missed!

In the words of the 2020 SIMNA Award Judges:

“This is a fascinatingly exciting project which really innovates in terms of how we understand impact measurement. The quantitative analysis and use of data in this way is highly commendable and very impressive.”

“Excellent inclusion of stakeholders. The SIM framework has clearly been well designed to suit the nature of the program and the needs of participants.”
