Winners shine bright at the 2018 SIMNA Awards Ceremony!

October 19, 2018 By Administrator

The work of organisations from across Australia has been recognised as exemplary in the field of social outcomes measurement at the 2018 SIMNA Awards, which took place at a glittering awards ceremony in Sydney on 18 October.

Organised annually by the Social Impact Measurement Network of Australia (SIMNA), the SIMNA Awards celebrate the best, most innovative and most collaborative social outcomes measurement initiatives from the past year and celebrate those who are making better decisions for people and local communities.

Winners were announced across three categories – Excellence in Social Impact Measurement, Social Impact Measurement Change Maker and Outstanding Collaboration in Social Impact Measurement.

This event was live streamed on Facebook. Catch up on the action here! Photographs are available here.

Simon Faivel, Director of Consulting at Social Ventures Australia and Chair of the Social Impact Measurement Network of Australia (SIMNA), said:

“It is inspiring to see social outcomes measurement embedded to the highest of professional standards in organisations across Australia.

With such a stellar bunch of Finalists, our judges had the difficult task of choosing this year’s Winners. I’m delighted that we have been able to bring Australia’s social impact measurement sector together to recognise and celebrate their achievements.

A wonderful night had by all.”

The following organisations shone bright on the night:
