Theo Gaiyasudeen

Theo Gaiyasudeen

Theo works as an analyst in Stockland’s Social Sustainability team, focusing on social impact measurement, social value creation and supporting community‑development initiatives. Previously, he worked in public‑policy consulting at ARTD Consultants, where he evaluated government and not‑for‑profit programs through quantitative and qualitative methods across sectors ranging from health and infrastructure to education and regional development. He is particularly interested in how thoughtful design and data‑driven placemaking can maximise social impact across Australia’s built environment.

As a self‑taught coder, Theo is honing his Python skills to draw deeper insights from geospatial data and turn that evidence into tangible community benefits.

Theo holds a Bachelor of Economics, majoring in Economics and Econometrics, from the University of Sydney.
