Louisa McKay, Manager with the Centre for Family Work Practice (FamS) andResults Leadership Group (RLG) Australia, is an expert in RBA.   Her passion for social justice led her to the role of Manager for the and Results Leadership Group (RLG) Australia which is a FamS social enterprise. She has been using the RBATM framework for over 8 years In her current role, Louisa manages a team at FamS and RLG Australia providing workshops, consultation, group facilitation, mentoring and coaching.
