Susan Rudland

Susan is the Research and Evaluation Specialist at YWCA Australia, a national not-for-profit organisation working towards a future where gender equality is a reality.  Susan has worked in academic, government, private and community sectors in the UK and Australia, as a case worker, researcher and evaluator.  Susan has a particular interest in the role of research and evaluation for social justice and systems change, through a gendered and intersectional lens. 

Susan leads the YWCA Impact Framework strategy across community housing, service delivery and advocacy operations, including building organisational learning culture, capability, systems and integration into practice.  Susan also leads research and evaluation at the Y for evidence informed organisational strategy and advocacy.   She is a member of the SIMNA Senior Impact Leaders Roundtable.
