Spotlight on Wellbeing: How do you measure and value Wellbeing?

August 28, 2016 By Administrator

Wellbeing valuation is a hot topic right now, with the pre-launch of the Australian Social Value Bank at the end of July it is exciting times for the approach.

Speakers: Maree Mckenzie (Housing Alliance), Dr. Jo Fildes (Mission Australia), Kylie Sproston (CEO Bellberry Limited)

This event will explore Wellbeing evaluation through the work of Mission Australia and introduce attendees to what drove the Housing Alliance to bring the Social Value Bank to Australia.

Dr. Jo Fildes will provide an overview of their use of Wellbeing evaluation in their work evaluating two Government funded projects.

Maree McKenzie will present what drove herself and the Housing Alliance to fund the creation of the forthcoming Australian Social Value Bank.

Kylie Sproston, Chief Executive of Bellberry Limited will join us to provide an overview of ethics in research and what level of ethics approval is appropriate for different evaluation activities.

There will be a Q and A session at the end allowing attendees to ask questions relevant to the work they are currently doing or planning for the future. We hope you can join us for what will be an engaging spotlight on the approach and it’s growing reputation for measuring impact.
