SIMNA Sydney Event: Q+A on Outcomes Measurement – postponed

March 5, 2020 By Administrator

Update 16/03/20: This event has been postponed in order to minimise the risk of possible infection. This event will be re-arranged at a later date, when it is considered safe to do so.

Outcomes measurement is a journey, and at SIMNA, we hear many great questions from our members and supporters as they begin or continue to work through this as individuals and as organisations.

As we kick off 2020, SIMNA Sydney wants to give you a chance to ask your own questions, in a safe and supportive space.

We’ll hear from people across different stages of their impact measurement journey and share challenges and insights together as a group.

Our fabulous speaker panel includes Julie Hourigan Ruse, CEO of Fams, Damian Cooper, Operations at Professional Individualised Care and Mat Bevan, Outcomes Measurement Lead at Uniting.

When: 24 March 2020, 5:30pm – 7.30pm

Where: Urbis, Angel Close, Level 8, 123 Pitt Street, Sydney

Cost: FREE for members, $15 for non-members

Common questions we hear include:

  • How do I know if I’m ready to start measuring outcomes? Is it something you just do, or are there critical success factors to tick off before you start?
  • When should I use a ‘validated tool’ and when should I develop my own?
  • Who is tackling a similar challenge and how can I get connected with them?
  • How do we make improvements along the way – and who decides what is the best path?

There’s also be plenty of time to meet your fellow SIMNA members, share your ideas and get to know others who are working in this space.

Diversity is power – so join us in our first event of 2020, where we’ll have a panel of practitioners – and an equally capable audience ready to take your outcomes measurement journeys to the next level!

See you there!
