SIMNA NSW: Outcomes Star

Outcomes Star is the social impact measurement tool most popular with UK homelessness organisations. There are now stars across more than 20 other social service areas. The Outcomes Star encourages beneficiaries/clients/service users to actively participate in measurement and analysis of their own progress.

If you use the Outcomes Star, or are interested in doing so, this is an excellent opportunity to hear from and meet one of its original creators.

Sara Burns, Director Triangle Consulting is visiting Australia and has kindly offered to meet with SIMNA members to provide examples of current use, discuss different aspects of the Star and answer your questions.
