SIMNA Limited holds its second AGM

SIMNA Limited holds its second AGM

On Thursday, 23 November 2017, SIMNA Ltd. held its second AGM. Members came together on a teleconference call, dialling in from capital cities and regional locations including Orange, Port Macquarie and Margaret River.

Members heard from Simon Faivel, SIMNA’s Chair, who reported on the company’s activities and finances. The following successes were highlighted:

  • SIMNA Ltd. has a growing paid membership base. 117 individuals, 29 small organisations and 22 large organisations are currently members of SIMNA Ltd.
  • SIMNA Ltd. has held 21 knowledge sharing events so far. Three more events will take place before Christmas.
  • An estimated 1000 people have attended a SIMNA Ltd. event in 2017.

Simon said: “I am very excited to share SIMNA Ltd.’s first Annual Review. It highlights the great work of our Organising Committees and shows how SIMNA is growing its vibrant network to advance social impact measurement.”
