December 17, 2020 By Administrator

The Social Impact Measurement Network of Australia (SIMNA Ltd’s) Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on 12 November 2020. The meeting was conducted via Zoom. This year there were no (re) elections to the Board of Directors.

Background

SIMNA was formed as a non profit company limited by guarantee in 2016. We started with 3 Founding Directors.

At the first AGM in November 2016, 10 new Directors were elected to the Board, with two of the Founding Directors continuing in the role.

Meet SIMNA’s current Board of Directors here.

2019-20 Annual Review

The 2019-20 Annual Review document tells SIMNA’s impact story between the beginning of July 2019 and the end of  June 2020.
