He is a big believer in providing an effective voice to communities in any engagement and likes to ensure human stories sit alongside rigorous data when articulating social impact.

Ross has held senior leadership roles in both the community and corporate sectors and is also a sought-after facilitator, and brings a personable manner, skilled technique, ability to ask the hard questions, and an unwavering focus on outcomes. He is qualified with degrees in Business and holds Post Graduate qualifications in research methods.
