SIMNA AGM 2025 and FY 2024-25 Annual Review

The Social Impact Measurement Network of Australia (SIMNA Ltd’s) Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on Thursday 6 November 2025. The meeting was conducted via Zoom and members from around the country joined.

Annual Review FY 2024-25

Highlights from SIMNA’s latest Annual Review were shared for the first time at the AGM. This report summarises the network’s activities between 1 July 2024 and 30 June 2025.

Update on Directors

Seven directors, including four new directors, were appointed at that AGM, bringing our total to 10 directors. Please join us in welcoming our four new board directors:

  • Elfie Taylor
  • Froukje Jongsma
  • Janet Liu
  • Lorelei Campbell

Benjamin Jardine, Jen Riley and Simon Faivel were all re-elected to the board.

We also bid farewell to two outgoing directors. Sarah Barker stepped down as Co-Chair and as a director, though she plans to remain an active contributor to SIMNA. Elliott Tester also completed his three-year term and decided not to stand for re-election. We extend our thanks to both Sarah and Elliott for their contributions during their time on the board, and especially to Sarah for her outstanding leadership as Co-Chair.

Following the AGM, we are delighted to share that Jen Riley has stepped into the role of Co-Chair, alongside Simon Faivel who continues in this position.
