An annual reflection workshop is a structured large-group workshop. It invites participants to work with measurement and evaluation data in a hands-on manner. It involves collaborative sense-making and systematic critical thinking to give meaning to data and emerging knowledge to be able to act on it. Participants test the evidence and judge project performance, ideally together with stakeholders. It is best done with a facilitator and some preparation of data inputs.
