Raffael Di Bartolomeo

Raffael Di Bartolomeo

Raff has over 20 years’ experience in the community services and mental health sectors. He has held senior leadership roles in design and strategy, and senior operational responsibility for mental health, suicide prevention, drug and alcohol, and youth services. He holds a Bachelor of Psychology having been previously an AHPRA-registered psychologist for 14 years. Raff also holds a Graduate Certificate in Social Impact from the Centre for Social Impact (UWA) where he was awarded a Social Impact scholarship (2021) and a Diploma of Business.

Raff started his career as a clinician/psychologist across drug and alcohol and youth mental health services before establishing and managing headspace Fremantle and Rockingham. He also led the community co-design and establishment of a metropolitan-wide Suicide Prevention Coordination program as well as being the WA State (Division) Manager for CanTeen (supporting young people living with cancer). He is a passionate ally for First Nations and Lived Experience people and has experience in developing organisational strategy and governance that creates shared value for all stakeholders. At Neami National Raff held a national role with responsibilities for service and strategic design, consumer participation, diversity and inclusion as well as supporting First Nations and Lived Experience leadership and impact. This role included overseeing the development of Neami’s first ever Social Impact Strategy and the process that delivered Neami’s current (2024-2028) Strategic Directions and the co-design processes for five Medicare Mental Health Centres across Australia.

Raff is now the Principal Consultant working in social impact at Two Roads. This work has been delivered across multiple sectors, including mental health, family and domestic violence, eating disorders, and homelessness.
