SIMNA (Social Impact Measurement Network Australia) are excited to invite you to a hybrid in-person and online panel discussion with the Australian Government Department of Social Services and recipients of their Outcome Measurement Initiative grants.

When: 9 November 2022, 5:00 – 6:30 AEDT

In person at Urbis’ Melbourne office, Level 10, 477 Collins St, Melbourne (arrive from 5:00pm for networking drinks), or

Online via MS Teams (join at 5:30pm AEDT)

Tickets: Free for members, $15 for non-members – get your tickets here!

EVENT DETAILS:

The Department of Social Services’ Outcome Measurement Initiative aimed to build the capacity of the Australian Social Impact Investing (SII) sector to define, measure and communicate their outcomes and social impact.

The Initiative supported two organisations, Global Sisters and Vanguard Laundry in their outcome and impact measurement (OIM) activities and ambitions to scale. A series of case studies were developed to capture their experience and learnings.

The panel features representatives from Global Sisters, Vanguard Laundry and the Department of Social Services in a facilitated discussion regarding their approach to OIM and what they have learnt through this journey. There will also be an opportunity for you to ask questions of the panellists.

This event can be joined either in-person at Urbis’ Melbourne office (with networking drinks from 5:00pm), or via MS Teams (commencing at 5:30pm AEDT).
