Natasha Rees

Natasha Rees

Natasha has over 15 years’ experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments in strategy and social impact. This, alongside parenting four children, has enabled her to develop strong skills in stakeholder management, cutting through complexity and managing ambiguous projects – all while exuding calm.

The experience she gained at The Boston Consulting Group, combined with a passion for improving education, led to a role in strategy and government relations at Teach For Australia. In this start-up, not-for-profit she quickly developed project management, stakeholder relation and negotiation skills leading to an appointment as Acting Director for Strategy, Growth and Development.

In 2018, she joined Think Impact as a Senior Consultant, marrying together her for-purpose experience and consulting experience. In this time, she has become a Level 3 Social Return on Investment practitioner, adept at assessing environmental and social impacts of organisational activities.
