Natalie has over 15 years of experience working in social and marketing research as well as community and stakeholder engagement. She’s worked with local, state and federal government agencies, NGOs and charities as well as with FMCG multinationals.
Much of her work has focused on listening to stories from individuals from vulnerable backgrounds, particularly culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and ensuring that their needs are being met by government and services providers.
Natalie is currently the Research, Evaluation and Innovation Manager at Redkite, an NGO providing essential practical and psychosocial support to children and young people with cancer, and their families across the cancer experience. Outcomes measurement and understanding the impact their services have is core to Redkite’s practice.
A long-time resident of Western Sydney herself, Natalie is keen to help increase the focus on impact measurement throughout region. She has a Bachelor of Arts and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing.
