The Social Impact Measurement Network of Australia (SIMNA) is actively encouraging Australian organisations to apply for its annual social impact measurement awards.

Now in their 7th year, the SIMNA Awards celebrate the remarkable depth and variety of inspiring impact measurement work taking place in Australia and overseas. Not just in the not-for-profit sector, but across all types of organisations, including for purpose and for profit organisations and government agencies.

The SIMNA Awards are a unique marker in the social impact calendar. If you’re considering making an application, jump right in! Applications close on 22 October 2021.

The 2021 SIMNA Award Categories are:

• Effective investment in Social Impact Measurement – for funders, grantmakers, philanthropists and government departments for whom impact measurement is helping them to effectively invest in social impact and drive real social change.
  
• Excellence in Social Impact Measurement – for organisations that set best practice standards for social impact measurement in Australia and that demonstrate particularly robust measurement approaches or social impact measurement at scale.
• Innovation in Social Impact Measurement – for individuals and groups that have developed or adopted innovative solutions to social impact measurement in their or another organisation.
  
• Outstanding Collaboration in Social Impact Measurement – for social impact measurement projects or initiatives that feature collaborative approaches that go beyond the usual. This might include cross-sector and/or intra-sector collaborations that work to adopt systemic change.

Winners will be announced at our virtual awards ceremony on 8 December 2021.
