Marita O’Toole

Marita is an Associate Director in the Foresight, Strategy and Impact team at Urbis. She has over 15 years of professional experience including over six years working abroad in the human rights and humanitarian sector. Since returning to Australia, Marita has been largely working in social policy and impact measurement. Over the last six years at Urbis, she has designed and conducted countless complex social policy evaluations for government and non-government clients and has a keen interest in impact measurement and sustainability.  She is committed to evidence-led policy design, inclusive stakeholder consultation and drawing meaningful and practical insights for her clients.

Marita has a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and German, and has completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice.
