Madeleine is a passionate business professional with 10 years’ experience in the fundraising industry building commercial and not-for-profit partnerships, all with a strong focus on impact. She currently works at PCYC NSW as the Head of Corporate Partnerships, working to develop and build partnerships to support youth and young people with disadvantage through funding programs that have impact and change as the focus. Having worked in the not-for-profit space for over 10 years, Madeleine brings a genuine commitment to community impact, reflected in sustained work across fundraising and partnership growth.

Madeleine has been a member of the SIMNA Western Sydney Committee since May 2026 and is passionate about bringing not-for-profits on the journey of impact measurement to increase program results and influence charities to work more effectively in this space.
