Katya Andreyeva

Katya Andreyeva is a Director at SVA Consulting and a leader in Australia’s social impact and social value community. With over 15 years’ experience spanning strategy, evaluation and impact measurement, she works with organisations to understand what truly creates change, and how to invest in it with purpose and confidence.

Her work has helped shape how impact is defined and valued across the social sector, supporting leaders, funders and policymakers to make better decisions for people and communities. Katya brings a deep belief that good strategy starts with empathy and ends with action, ensuring that social purpose translates into tangible outcomes.

She previously chaired the Victorian chapter of the Social Impact Measurement Network Australia (SIMNA) and continues to support others advancing the practice of impact measurement. Katya began her career with L.E.K. Consulting and holds degrees in Economics and Commerce, and Arts, from the University of Melbourne.
