Kate Collier

Kate is passionate about supporting organisations use data and evidence to drive continuous improvement and demonstrate meaningful change. With a strong focus on practical, sustainable approaches, she works to build systems that support effective data collection and use. As an internal evaluator, Kate is also committed to nurturing a culture of learning – one that values reflection, evolves with insight and puts evidence at the heart of decision-making.

Kate has worked in the not-for-profit sector for over 15 years with experience spanning child and family services, family violence, mental health and international development. Kate holds a Master of Evaluation and a Master of Social Science.
