In Focus: 30 minutes with Julie Hourigan Ruse, CEO of Fams

July 4, 2020 By Administrator

SIMNA is a vibrant learning network of individuals and organisations that embrace, practice, share knowledge and promote social impact measurement.

As a community of people who want resources allocated in an equitable, efficient and effective manner, and who have the skills in measuring and valuing what matters, this is the chance for our community to help guide Australia as we embark on a new order.

Join us for the third webinar of our ‘In Focus’ series!

About this event

In response to feedback from members that lessons from the ground provide the most valuable insights, SIMNA Sydney is trialling a new, shorter style of event – giving you access to the people and organisations leading the way in social impact measurement.

Julie Hourigan Ruse is the CEO of NSW Family Services (Fams), the peak body for the delivery of services to organisations working with vulnerable children, young people, families and communities. Fams plays an important role in guiding social impact measurement in this sector.

In this interactive session, Julie will talk briefly about Fams’ approach to measuring social impact. There will be plenty of time for questions.

Questions for Julie can also be sent to the SIMNA Sydney Organising Committee in advance, to help stimulate the discussion. Please email Anna at: aashenden@socialventures.com.au.
