Hitting the sweet spot: Social Impact in a complex digital space

Join the SIMNA Western Sydney committee on Thursday 23 March 2023 to hear from Karen Wilcox (Director, Research and Impact) and Natalie Jurisic (Senior Manager, Social Impact) from leading youth mental health service ReachOut.

EVENT DETAILS:

Karen and Natalie will present ReachOut’s innovative and unique approach to impact measurement. They will share ReachOut’s new Social Impact Framework, and talk through how and why it was developed. They will also discuss what has worked in helping shift ReachOut to have a greater focus on impact, and offer lessons for practitioners and digital service providers wanting to know how to better measure social impact.

There will also be an opportunity for Q&A discussion.
