Fiona Waugh

Fiona has extensive experience in the not-for-profit disability, education, welfare and out-of-home care sectors. She has held project management, policy, evaluation, grantseeking and advocacy roles, and sat on several voluntary Boards and community reference committees. Fiona joined Our Community in 2022 and works across the Managed Services and Outcomes Engine Team. She assists grantmakers to develop effective and efficient programs, processes, measures and products to ensure the needs of social investors, beneficiaries and community members are best met.
Fiona is passionate about improving the lives of marginalised and vulnerable members of our society so that they gain access to the equal opportunities, agency, dignity, respect, and quality of life that so many people take for granted. Fiona is thrilled to work in an organisation where reporting on the social impact of grants is cornerstone, and delighted to be invited as a judge at the 2024 SIMNA Awards.
