On 23 March 2023, the SIMNA Western Sydney Committee hosted a webinar with Karen Wilcox and Natalie Jurisic from leading youth mental health service ReachOut. They shared ReachOut’s innovative approach to impact measurement and explained how they have navigated some unique and challenging circumstances to find the sweet spot in their impact measurement work.
