Esperanza Torres

Over the years, Esperanza has delivered a wide range of evaluation, research and data projects for a variety of organisations. A graduate of the Master of Applied Social Research, she combines strong technical skills with a comprehensive understanding of social inequity, to deliver projects with empathy and impact.

Recently, she decided to apply her experience to form Measure to Evolve. Measure to Evolve is a consultancy that aims to support organisations on their journey from data insights to evaluation, and communication of impact. Recent projects have included a mix of mentoring, training and practical work with organisations to map their services and understand their impact. No matter what form the work takes, the focus is to help organisations gather insights that inform service provision, improve service delivery, and ultimately, attract funding.
