Elina Karalis

Elina Karalis is a passionate advocate for evidence-informed social change, currently working in a service design and evaluation role within a community services organisation in Brisbane. With a PhD in clinical research and a strong background in trauma-informed practice, program evaluation and strategic planning, she brings both rigour and heart to social impact work. As part of SIMNA QLD’s organising committee, she is committed to building capability in social impact measurement and promoting thoughtful, purpose-driven practice across the sector.
