Divya Roy

Divya Roy is a Manager, Consulting with Social Ventures Australia (SVA). 

She brings management consulting experience from Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Australia, Canada and the US. At BCG, Divya focussed on the Rigorous Program Management (RPM) of large-scale transformations within energy, telecommunications and technology sectors.

She is experienced in financial modelling and analysis, program level reporting of commercial transformations, and initiative road-mapping and reporting. Divya will also draw on her experience developing a new prioritisation model to assist a Victorian energy distributer in weighing financial, environmental and other risks within their capital projects pipeline.

Divya is passionate about the intersection between private and social sectors, to empower and support disadvantaged communities. She has worked with community legal programs in Australia and overseas and held management positions at non-profits, including as Board member for Inner Melbourne Community Legal.
