Chris is a qualified social worker and has over 30 years’ experience in social work and management roles in the public and non-Government sectors. Prior to taking up is his current with a non-Government organisation, Chris held a number of leadership roles within the Department of Human Services, both in regional and metropolitan locations. His last role was as a senior manager responsible for service delivery in a number of sites across South Australia.

In 2009, Chris commenced employment with UnitingCare Wesley Bowden  and was appointed as a Department Manager, a position he is very proud to hold. His current responsibilities include taking a lead role in developing the organisation’s capacity and capability to achieve collective impact, a strategic priority for UCWB. He also has the responsibility of implementing Results Based Accountability across the organisation.

Chris has a strong interest in impact measurement and is keen to contribute to the development of impact measurement methodologies across the non for profit sector
