Carina Whittington
Carina is a community infrastructure specialist with more than 20 years of project delivery experience in both regional and metropolitan local government areas. With a passion for the intersect between social impact and the built environment, Carina’s areas of expertise include integrating planning for social impact within project management frameworks and is currently working on optimising and aligning impact with long-term capital programs.
Carina is a 2024 Social Impact Hub Fellow, a Level 1 Social Value Associate and has commenced post graduate Social Impact studies with the Centre for Social Impact at UNSW.
