Brisbane – SROI Case Study: A Kids Helpline The Importance of Knowing the Change You Make. 18 April 2013

March 15, 2013 By Administrator

Inaugural Brisbane Event

The Importance of Knowing the Change You Make: A Kids Helpline SROI Case Study

Presented by Kids Helpline in partnership with NetBalance and Optus

Kids Helpline is Australia’s only national 24/7 telephone and online counselling service for children and young people under 25 years.

In 2011, Kids Helpline’s corporate partner Optus funded a Social Return on Investment evaluation of Kids Helpline. This evaluation was undertaken by Netbalance in partnership with Kids Helpline’s internal evaluators.

John Dalgleish, Strategy & Research Manager, Kids’ Helpline will outline the process undertaken by the evaluation team and project outcomes, provide an overview of the challenges faced and some key learnings.

The second part of this presentation will involve an interactive panel discussion with Geoffrey Nevill (Optus), Jerry Marston (Netbalance) and Tracy Adams (Kids Helpline).

The panel will talk about the value created through measurement project for clients, the service, the sponsoring organisation (Optus) and the community in general.

Plus you will have an opportunity to share in a discussion about establishing a Brisbane Chapter of SIMNA and what you would like it to offer and operate.

Be great to see you and have you participate in this conversation !

Date:       18 April 2013
Time:       3.30 pm to 5.00 pm
Venue:   McCullough Robertson
Level 11,  66 Eagle Street
Brisbane
