Alex Webber

Alex is a State Operations Manager with PCYC Queensland’s Youth and Community Programs team. In his current role, Alex oversees the strategic development and management of various statewide and locally run programs. With over 10 years in various leadership roles across the community services industry, Alex is passionate about using social impact evaluation to strengthen accountability and drive meaningful change. Holding qualifications in psychology and business administration (MBA), he brings both a people-centric and strategic approach to leadership, program design and organisational impact.
