Rachel is currently the Impact Measurement Specialist at Mission Australia and is a specialist in strategic social outcome measurement within large NGOs, with extensive humanitarian and development experience in the Solomon Islands, Israel, East Africa, Myanmar and remote Aboriginal Australia.
Rachel is experienced in project design, monitoring and evaluation and social impact assessment. She is also experienced in accreditation, compliance and operations management in the not-for-profit sector. Rachel is a skilled facilitator, trainer and is passionate about enabling effective and evidence-based decision-making and enhancing and promoting sustainable development to create meaningful and lasting social change.
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Medical Science) and a Masters of Development Studies.
