Jerry is internationally regarded as a leading corporate social responsibility and social impact professional, with over 35 years of experience in private, public and not-for profit roles. He has directed and led corporate teams in three international companies, headed up and transformed a major UK charity, and served as a senior Director for two leading sustainability consultancies. Jerry co-chairs SIMNA’s QLDCommittee.
Jerry is currently a Director of the Incus Group, a purpose-driven consultancy which guides organisations through the life cycle of understanding, measuring and managing their impact; helping them move from listing what they do to telling the story of the value they create and their impact on society. Jerry has worked with Medibank, Optus, ANZ, Teachers Mutual Bank, your town, Save the Children, Queensland Council of Social Service, and the Queensland Public Service Commission, on a range of projects including CSR strategy and program reviews, stakeholder consultations, impact measurement and reporting, and employee community engagement.
He has served on the Boards of Business in the Community in the UK and the Boston Center for Corporate Citizenship in the United States. He currently chairs the Board of the national charity StreetSmart Australia, which has raised nearly $4 million to support grassroots homelessness projects.
Jerry is one of three judges assessing the ‘Outstanding Collaboration in Social Impact Measurement’ category in this year’s SIMNA Awards.
