Jenny’s focus is working with cross-sector collaborations to design measurement and evaluation approaches that support learning and adaption to address complex social problems. Her recent work has been focused on early childhood, youth transitions, mental illness and family violence. Jenny is particularly interested in shared measurement approaches including the use of dashboards as well as developmental evaluation to support the realisation of common agendas in collective impact initiatives.
Jenny has over 17 years experience in the social sector having worked for some of the world’s leading NGOs including Oxfam, United Way, Plan International and Murdoch Childrens Research Institute. Jenny has also worked for federal and state government departments and consulted to a number of social enterprises and philanthropic organisations.
Jenny is currently the co-chair of the Shared Measurement Affinity Group for Collaboration for Impact and participates on a number of Advisory Groups.
Jenny holds a BA in Geography and Sociology and a Masters of Development Studies from the University of Melbourne.
