Caroline is passionate about using business and design as an enabler for unleashing potential and building community capacity. She entered the social impact space via working with impact-driven enterprises to help balance doing good with creating a sustainable model. She draws from experience in organisational development, culture and engagement and has qualifications in business, sociology and international development. She has also done research and field work focusing on sustainable livelihoods and innovation in social programs in developing contexts.
She now works at Isobar as a Strategic Design Lead, where she is able to design experiences in a way that creates meaningful, positive impact on people’s lives, and improves how they engage with a particular social problem, organisation or service touchpoint.
An advocate for design-led innovation, sustainable solutions and disrupting the status quo, she sees SIMNA as an inspiring force, empowering both people and organisations to think outside the box and use impact measurement as a way to highlight the real change they are creating in their communities and around the world.
