Kylie has 9 years management experience in non-profit, government and corporate sectors; specialising in leadership, organisational development, strategic project planning and deployment, within Australia and internationally.
Wide tertiary background, with degrees and postgraduate qualifications in the disciplines of business, political science, community development, project management and social impact; and currently completing a postgraduate law degree (UWA).
Relocated to Cambodia as CEO for Empowering Communities – an international social enterprise – and worked with an amazing team in a highly challenging financial and operating environment to successfully refinance and restructure the organisation onto a sustainable footing. Subsequently appointed to the Board of Directors.
Worked with Western Australian Council of Social Service (WACOSS) as a Program Manager since 2012, with one key project to oversee the development and deployment of WA’s first collaborative online platform for social impact.
Successful with grants and proposals – in 3 years have raised over $1M for various projects and initiatives.
